At Cueva Limón we take our own and our guests health very seriously. We also want you to book your future holiday at Cueva Limón with total confidence.

As a matter of good standard, we ensure that all guest areas are fully cleaned before your arrival. However, due to Covid-19 we go even further to ensure your safety.

For your personal protection

• We will maintain a 72 hour gap between guests leaving and arriving.
• Once thoroughly cleaned, all areas will be sprayed with sanitising sprays/disinfectant the day before your arrival.
• We minimise physical contact where possible ensuring all guidelines provided by our local authorities are maintained.
• We wear and use the appropriate protective equipment such as gloves and masks when preparing your accommodation.
• All bedding and towels are washed on the hottest wash cycle to ensure maximum protection.
• We provide alcohol based sanitising hand gel and soap for you to use during your stay.

Your booking and any prepayments you may have made.

• If, due to Covid-19 restrictions, you are unable to travel to Cueva Limón we promise to change your dates or refund any payment made by you.
• If our own local Covid-19 restrictions make your holiday untenable Cueva Limòn promise to change your dates or refund any payment made by you.
